  • What happens if I miss a payment?
    If you miss a loan repayment, please contact your lender directly. Zoomi Money is not a lender, we are a loan finding service. If we have connected you with a loan company, you will need deal directly with them.
  • Do I qualify for a loan?
    To apply for a loan through Zoomi Money, you must be an Australian resident, over the age of 18, and have a regular form of income going into an online bank account. Or lenders will assess your application based on their individual criteria.
  • Is there a fee for applying for a loan through Zoomi Money?
    No. Zoomi Money is a loan finding service and we do not charge any fees to apply, and there is no obligation. If we are able to successfully connect you with a lender, they will discuss their fees and charges with you.
  • I am receiving government benefits, can I still apply?
    If you are receiving government benefits/ centrelink payments as a form of income, you are welcome to apply for a loan through Zoomi Money. Please note, our lending partners will assess your application based on their our criteria to determine if you are eligible.
  • Is Zoomi Money a lender?
    Zoomi Money is an Australian loan finding service. We are not a lender. Our platform allows you to apply for a loan and we'll serach our panel of Australian lenders to try to find a loan company for you.
  • How much can I apply for?
    Zoomi Money works with lenders offering loan amounts from $500 to $50,000.
  • How does Zoomi Money work?
    Zoomi Money is a loan finder for small to large personal loans. With one quick and easy application, we'll try to connect you with our panel of Australian lenders. For more information visit How it Works
  • How will I know if I have been approved?
    As soon as we receive your completed loan application and bank statement, we'll reach out to our lending partners to try to find a loan company for you. If we can successfully match you with a lender, they will be in contact via phone or email within the next few hours. Please make sure you check your messages and emails in case they are trying to contact you.
